The Kehät silver necklace from Kalevala is inspired by a hairband designed by Paula Häiväoja in the 1960s. The pendant has an elegant, geometric shape and measures 44 mm in height and 27 mm in width. The necklace features a Venetian chain with an adjustable length of 50, 55, or 60 cm and fastens with a lobster clasp.
Paula Häiväoja (1929–2011) was the head designer at Kalevala from 1963 to 1967 and the company’s first female head designer. In honor of her 90th birthday, Kalevala is celebrating her design legacy by launching jewelry inspired by her futuristic jewelry art from the 1960s. The pieces are stamped with the anniversary year’s logo.
