These 14-karat gold earrings are inspired by the Himmeli pendant, designed by Paula Häiväoja in the 1960s. The earrings feature a sleek, geometric design and are fitted with a post and a swivel. The earrings are not mirror images of each other.
Paula Häiväoja (1929–2011) was the head designer at Kalevala Koru from 1963 to 1967 and the company’s first female head designer. In honor of her 90th birthday, Kalevala is celebrating her design legacy by launching jewelry inspired by her futuristic jewelry art from the 1960s. The pieces are stamped with the anniversary year’s logo.
