Circle of Light Ring Silver

The Kehät silver ring from Kalevala is crafted from beautifully shaped silver wires, decorated with rhythmically placed silver beads. The design is inspired by a hairband created by Paula Häiväoja in the 1960s. The ring has a modern, geometric shape with an open band that can be adjusted slightly for the best fit. Paula Häiväoja (1929–2011) was the head designer at Kalevala from 1963 to 1967 and the company’s first female head designer. In honor of her 90th birthday, Kalevala is celebrating her design legacy by launching jewelry inspired by her futuristic jewelry art from the 1960s. The pieces are stamped with the anniversary year’s logo.
